Adam Mears, CEO

Adam Mears is CEO and founder of Strategic Technology Systems and it's sister company Secure IT Systems.

Adam started his professional career as a Network Administrator and Help Desk Coordinator for ExxonMobil Corporation in Fairfax, VA. Adam later came back to Richmond and joined Virginia Credit Union as the Director of Records Management, where he was instrumental in creating and managing a clustered server farm to facilitate the 2 million records arriving at VACU on a monthly basis.

Adam is currently on the board for the Richmond Technology Council, Association of Information Technology Professionals, and a member of the Bon Air Rotary. Adam graduated with a bachelor of science in Business Administration and a bachelor of arts in Economics from the University of Mary Washington. Adam currently resides in Midlothian, VA with his wife Sandy, and their two children.
